Hand-selected Chardonnay from Mystic ISLAND Winery was gently pressed and fermented with natural yeast in French oak barrels. A portion underwent malolactic fermentation, then aged on lees to enhance complexity, aroma, and flavour. The result is a refined, expressive wine with depth and elegance. Perfectly paired with roasted white shellfish, steamed fish, lobster, crab cakes, prawns or pan-seared scallops.​
